In addition to renting wheelchair-accessible minivans, most of our locations also have full-size, 12-passenger commercial ADA-compliant wheelchair-accessible vans for rent. A few even carry manual rear-entry wheelchair vans for those who need a vehicle with a wider ramp to accommodate a larger wheelchair. Each day, your wheelchair van rental includes 125 miles. After that, the cost is $.35 per mile.
We offer convenient pickup & delivery service from your home, office, airport, etc. (Fees may apply. Contact for details)
All of our rentals are delivered with a full tank of gas. Any vehicle returned with less than a full gas tank will be charged a $95 refueling charge.
There is a $100 clean-up/smoking charge if the rental is returned in poor condition. NOTE: All of our accessible rentals are non-smoking.
To help us serve all customers efficiently, reservations canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a $100 Cancellation Fee, which will be charged to the credit card used at the time of booking.
There is no cost difference based on which model van is rented. The only cost difference would be between a minivan and an ADA full-size van rental.
It is not required to pay in full for your rental at the time of making a reservation. However, a deposit is required. Your balance can be paid at the time of pickup.
No, there isn’t a discount for paying in cash.
