Newly Redesigned, Manual Fold-Out Ramp System

The ramp on the Pacifica is manually operated, eliminating the use of electronics. This ramp deployment mechanism was redesigned using a new, patented, two-position secure-latch that features anti-rattle technology. If you’ve owned a rear-entry wheelchair-accessible van before, you’ll immediately notice the difference!

In addition, the ramp features a low, 10-degree ramp angle for more effortless loading and unloading of passengers. It also incorporates BraunAbility’s newest lightweight aluminum ramp design that increases ground clearance and loads up to 1000 pounds!

Lowered Floor Conversion

The floor on the rear-entry Chrysler Pacifica wheelchair-accessible van is lowered from behind the front seats to the rear hatch. This floor lowering does two things: First, it allows for a taller door-entry height of 56 inches, allowing a taller entry point. Second, it provides a wheelchair user with a more direct line of sight while riding as a passenger.

Multiple Seating Arrangements

Standard seating includes remounting the factory mid-row seats for ambulatory passengers. There are also optional seating configurations available, including a fold-away third-row seat and aftermarket mid-row seating that can provide more interior space for the wheelchair user.
