I have been working for Superior Van & Mobility since 2012 however, what's interesting is that I've been working in my position, at this same location since 2003. While it appears that I'm new to the mobility industry, I'm actually not. Superior purchased the mobility dealer in 2012 where I previously worked. Therefore, I've officially been working as a Service Technician in the mobility industry since 2004. Prior to this period I actually worked in oil fields. Talk about dirty work, but it made me stronger! With that said, I've been around long enough to see this industry change dramatically not only with new owners, policies and technology, but vision and focus. Superior's drive to customer service creates an atmosphere unlike no other. It's not just about servicing the product it's about servicing the customer building relationships and open communication. We are on the right track, and I for one am proud to be part of this dynamic organization. On a personal note, I like to hunt, making Louisiana a sportsman's paradise.
