This position works Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm providing administrative support through duties that include, but not limited to, general clerical, receptionist and project based assignments. Successful applicants must project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. In addition to an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, company paid life insurance and short-term disability, IRA with company paid match, paid holidays, paid vacation days, and a family/team-based atmosphere. Prior experience in an automotive dealership or automotive service shop is highly desirable.  Compensation for this position will range between $14.00 and $16.50 per hour based upon experience.  

Note: If you do not have prior experience greeting customers, processing payments and accounts receivables, and data entry using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, there is no need to apply - this is not an entry level position.

While we have many similarities to a full-service automotive dealership, our customer base is much different and our approach is very different, so our pace is slower and customer flow is much less. Our Office Administrator greets our customers and gets them to the right person. This position schedules vehicle service, prepares billing paperwork for vehicle sales and service, receives and deposits payments from customers and those sent in by mail, prepares, delivers, and maintains automotive titles and other legal delivery documents following the sale of vehicles.
