Ed has over 27 years experience in the automobile business, and has held nearly every position from sales, to financing, to upper level management. If there is one thing Ed has learned over the years, the heart of any business is customer service with relationship building coming in as a close second. Although considered relatively new to the mobility industry, Ed has an extensive personal experience as a primary caregiver for his grandmother who suffered from Alzheimer, but also serving as a part-time caregiver for a neighbor's dad suffering from the same disease both dependent on the use of a wheelchair. This aspect of Ed's life has given tools many lack compassion and the ability to truly understand the personal needs of the physically challenged. "I'm blessed to have this opportunity. To be able to work for one of the nations leaders in the mobility industry makes me proud, especially knowing the company's policy of putting the customer first.
